You might be surprised to learn that I actually used to be a lawyer!
I was born in Argentina and studied law there. I graduated in 2017, but soon realised law wasn’t for me.
I decided to come to Australia for a gap year, but one year turned into four, and I spent four wonderful years travelling the world non-stop, to places like China, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives.
Then COVID hit, putting a stop to my travel plans and forcing me to reevaluate my life.
I knew law was no longer an option for me, so it was time for me to reinvent myself.
I figured it was the perfect time to study and go back to university. When I discovered the Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Nutrition) degree, something sparked inside of me and I haven't looked back since.
I can easily say studying nutrition was the best decision I have ever made. Not only has it allowed me to make a real difference to the lives of others, but it has also helped me understand what was going on with my own body.
I’d always suffered from gut issues like pain and bloating, but I was so used to them that I didn't think anything of it
It was only when I started studying nutrition that I realised feeling bloated and in pain after eating was not normal.
Through adequate nutrition and healthier lifestyle habits, I was able to heal myself.
I went from feeling lost and unfulfilled and not knowing what my purpose was to discovering my passion for helping women going through the same issues.
As your nutritionist, my mission is to help you heal your gut and live a bloat-free life where you:
💪🏽 Thrive
💪🏽 Feel amazing
and most importantly, feel yourself again! 🤩

So why an artichoke as our logo?
Firstly, it holds a special place in my heart as my all-time favourite vegetable, a green gem that transports me back to the cherished moments of my childhood.
Beyond mere preference, I believe the artichoke serves as an eloquent metaphor for the intricate path to achieving one's health objectives. The artichoke's heart and stem symbolize the individual while the protective layers surrounding the heart represent the numerous factors at play the individual needs to have to achieve overall well-being: nutrition, the right mindset, habits, self-love, compassion, and so much more.
The artichoke is scientifically known as Cynara, hailing from the ancient Mediterranean. This remarkable plant features a tender heart, fortified by robust outer layers, much like the blend of tenacity and vulnerability within us all. The artichoke is frequently heralded as the blossom of hope, prosperity, and the pledge of future success. It serves as a symbol steeped in history and carries a profound message for all those embarking on their healthy journey.
